Structurally Sound Seed Crackers

These seed crackers are perhaps twice as thick as a typical seed cracker, almost cookie-thickness, and fairly round-shaped, as opposed to those almost crisp flatbread-style seed crackers I've seen other brands make. There are pros and cons to both. Initially, it does feel more like a cookie in the mouth than a cracker, but the thickness lends itself to scooping and dipping the way most seed crackers don't, because they're too delicate. The flavor is delightfully nutty and the texture, crunchy, and this particular black pepper one did have a decent amount of pepperiness to it, which paired really nicely with the truffled burrata I served it with.
